Which type of trailing arms to buy? Looking at the boxed heavy duty type 2x3 or tubelar 2x3 is one better than the other???? MoblMec |

Boxed,i have seen the cromoly tubular ones break at the welds before,let alone the bent ones ive seen as well,but that is just my opinion. |

The boxed arms seem to take more damage. If you start flattening out the lower tube on tubular arms they start to twist. Boxed arms don't do that even when they are beat to crap. I don't recommend chromoly arms to anyone. They are lighter, expensive, and brittle. Unless you are racing and every ounce counts, forget it. Mark |
