Just bought new king pins and bushings. New pins don't slide into new bushings and new bushings appear too big to fit into knuckle. Am i missing something or were the wrong bushings supplied in kit. Pins are same diameter and length as old. |

You need to have the bushings pressed in and then reamed to fit the king pin. There is a vw tool to do it but I don't remember the number. |
