What kinda clearence am i gonna have with a stock front end with 1-1/2 x 3/4 arms, 5.00 3 rib tires, stock spindles.

Depends on the wheel offset,,,and treebars,,etc,,,but you should be fine,,,stock vw wheel offset offers the least bumpsteer I think with stock spindles but larger offsets may have more clearance issues. Trial and error

I shouldnt have said just clearance. What i meant is ground clearence. (from ground to bottom beam bar)

you ground clearance would be figured out by taking a tape measure, and measuring from the bottom of your frame to the bottom of your tires. That distance will be your "ground clearance" If you need more help I could draw a diagram

seriously I have a stock ball joint with 215/75/r15 snow tires (about 27' overall) and I have about 12' maybe a little more. Obviously I am to lazy to walk out to the garage and measure it. lol

Depends how you set the whole front end up. Say your spindle is level with bottom frame rail at ride height. Then it would be half your wheel height. Where ever the spindle is in relationship to the lower frame rail plus half the wheel height. How much clearance you have at full compression or full scrub will depend on where everything has to stop due to limits of shocks or interferance of tie-rods, or something.
