I have Fox shocks all the way around, each shock has a different pressure in it. On the back I also have coilovers. The weight of the buggy is a little above average plus me and a passenger. Can anyone give me a ballpark area of what pressure should be?

If you have air shocks on the front the pressure will vary depending on the weight of the front end. Start with 200 PSI of Nitrogen and go from there. I believe Plumber Bill ended up with around 300 PSI. The coil overs will need at least 150 PSI to start.

i'm running 430 in front (thru bolts no springs)
290 rear with torsion springs

You will still need to adjust the Nitrogen and the gauge assembly that bill has shown is required to get acurate results. The quick connect fitting on it allows you to adjust pressure and back off the needle without losing any pressure.

I want to say mine have like 190psi, I can't remember. If Roy see's this, he'll know what he has in his.

My fronts have 180 and my rear are set at 150. You may like yours different once you start riding it. Try them at 200 when you first start off.

Mark at Mackenzies said the same thing, to start at 200psi. Are you using stock leif's in the front?

No,

I have SAW leaf springs in the front but I got them used so I really do not know what percentage over stock they are.

Mine are at about 180 right now. I am going to put them up to 200. I get them charged at a Motorcycle dealership. About $25 each time. My uncle "Shadetree" put together the stuff to do it in his shop. Maybe I can get it a little cheaper now.
