Getting ready to weld some more roof supports on my buggy. Was wondering what the best way to touch up the powdercoat. Can the new pieces be powdercoated or do I just rattlecan them?

Thanks.

I would think the easiest way is either find paint in a rattle can that is close enough or have a quart or pint mixed that matches. If you have it mixed you will always have touch-up paint if you need it. If you use catelized paint its about as strong as powedercoat anyway.

You can use anything you want if the surface isn't prepped right might as well do nothing. Powder coat can be touched up using heat lamps, works pretty well. I chose black because I KNEW I was going to need to alter, add or repair stuff. Rattle can works just fine for me.
