 Post subject: 4"wider front end

can i buy spindles to use stock length tie rods or can i buy longer tie rods? for k/p front beam.

you can buy or make longer tie rods. You can also upgrade to bigger rod ends if your going with diff. spindles. Ford rod ends are popular or international ends are a little bigger yet.

I've had good luck with 5/8's male studded heim joints. just take a 5/8 drill bit and drill out the holes on the spindles and pitman arm. and to make tierods, you just get some tubing with a 1/2 inch ID and cut it to length, then drill the ends out with a 9/16's drill bid than tap it with a 5/8 - 18 tap. I use 1 inch OD by 1/2 ID tubing they work great for me.
