Which seats do you all run, Corbearu baja ss, race trim? Are these comparable. I can get them for about the same price, between mail order or local shops. I'd like to figure out what to go with before I drop the +-$375. Any infomation would be great. Thanks guys/gals. |

I got a suggestion. Make sure they fit before you buy them. Measure twice order once.. |

nickschlemer wrote: I got a suggestion. Make sure they fit before you buy them. Measure twice order once.. ABSOLUTLY!!!! My first set were Race Trims and the salesman told me they would fit my size. When I got them, it looked like I was sitting in a baby seat. I'm 5'11'' 270 lbs. with a 38 waist. The shipping to return them was $120, so I kept them and sold them at a swap meet. The second seat was Corbeau Baja they were just as small, luckily they split the return shipping, so I got the Corbeau Baja Ultra SS. It's taller, wider and has two shoulder harness holes instead of one like the other two sets had. The Corbeau Ultra SS is the way to go if your are a bigger guy. A little more expensive, but well worth it. Oh! I think Nick was talking about fitting in the buggy. That an excellent idea also, as I had to widen my seating area to accomidate the bigger seats. |

I love my beard seat. I don't know if it is any better than any other seat. Adam, you might want to double check clearence in your car first, I know gary tried to put a set of race-trims in my old car, and they wouldn't fit. |

I have the Corbeau Baja SS and I love them. I am not a big guy so I fit in them fine. I am only 5'8 and 180 lbs. They were well worth the money for the comfort. No matter which brand you decide on, a suspension seat is the only way to go. |

Newbie got the corbeau somethin, i don't remember what. The driver and passenger seats touch in his car, so it was a tight fit. |
