Anyone know the easiest way to remove the rear torsion bars?

I assume you have the caps off and they are stuck? I think my brother had some stuck once. I'll ask him what he did.
What about drilling the end of the torsion then tapping it and using a slide hammer?

After you get the first one out you can stick a bar through and knock out the other one. the thing is tap on each one inward the one that move first work on it first. i've rapped a cable come along to it and hook to something else to pull on them. just have to block it so you dont drag the buggy. Thanks for the tips guys. Hopefully I will be pulling the torsions soon so I can set up the rear bumpstops. I tried to pull them before but just gave up

I've always used a big prybar, wedged it between the gap between the factory stop and the spring plate. Sat on a bucket or chair, put one foot on the torsion and kicked the prybar to knock it off the factory stop. Be sure to put one foot on the torsion bar area as I can tell you from experience that you might get attacked by the torsion bar when it pops out. Good luck!

Just figured I would let you guys know what I did since it seemed to work pretty good. I used a small sledgehammer and drove the first one in until it knocked the other one out the other side. (make sure you dont have anything valuable on the other side of the buggy because the torsion bar comes flying out) Then I just did as dave suggested and stuck a smaller piece of tubing in there and knocked the other bar out using the same method.
