Post subject:  empi supper shifter

how do ya adjust a supper shifter.i can get it in reverse with out pushing the button down.so when i down shift from 3rd it trys to go into reverse?any ideas?

I have the same problem but I cant figure it out. Im gonna buy a different one this winter.

try the adjuster on the shaft...the one under shifter box, not on trans

Is that the box style shifter with the button on the side?? Jamar makes the same kind with the button on the box and its the best shifter ive had... put the trans in reverse and then put the shifter in reverse and lock everything down, always done it that way and it shifts perfect 8)

See the problem you guys have is you bought the Chinese knock of the Chinese knock off The EMPI Supper Shifter, What you should have bought was the Chinese knock off EMPI Super Shifter... You have been scammed... :lol:
