Ok idk to much about fox but I think they are close to king .
What I have figured out by talking to king is that the coils set the ride hight and the valving controls the rebound and compression
So for example if you are creeping down a hill (very slow) and you are dragging the front end you need stiffer coils.
But if you are jumping and it bottoms out you need different valving
They also told me that you don't go more then 100 lbs difference between override and running coils.
My suggestion to you would be to get accurate weight of the car, angle that the shocks will sit at if there is any and suspension travel and call fox and have have them suggest what you need .
You can try guessing but it gets expensive fast
