new buggy, 2x3 arms, with all new bearings & spacers.6-rib trans , bus joints & axles. about 1/4" clearance between spring plate & torsion stop at ride height. neither has been ground down any. have free movement on both axles,"sliding in & out of cv's when its suspended & at ride height. put it together with my old axles & joints after a few rides the driver side, outside cv started squeaking.in side is ok. so I put a new joint on the outside, clocked it, ran it 1 ride & its doing the same thing. ran about 4 miles on the hiway back home & heard it as I pulled in the driveway. outside driver side joint hot , the other 3 just warm . cleaned up old cv & found some hair sized shavings around the ball slots in the cage. couldn't exactly tell which part they were coming from. joint had the ball groove worn in both inner & outer housing though, so I thought that was the issue. any ideas why im having issues with this .gonna take it apart sat. what do I need to look for to help solve this?

I've seen that, just don't understand that if the angle on both axles are the same & I've measured everything I can think of from side to side & it's all the same why is this happining? I understand something is out. But i can't understand what it is. Gonna polish on the joints this weekend to see if it helps. I just don't like tearing stuff apart not knowing what the prob is.

Im not sure if you did any kind of prep work (grinding, polishing) to them before you put them in, but that helps a lot. They can be extremely tight from the factory... What kind of grease are you using?

Started with axles & joints i had on my old buggy, then put a complete brand new axle assy, last weekend & after the first ride, same issue- squeaks & hot.

Is stub spinning true in your bearing housing?

Yep, checked all that stuff when I put all new bearings in both sides, & again today when I took it apart again
