The Fox Air Shock is a suspension shock. That means it holds up weight just like a coil spring or a torsion bar.
An emulsion shock is just that, a shock.
Two different worlds.
What are you trying to do or solve?
My first reply would be anything more than a good 'over the counter' shock is overkill with stock arms.

Well if your going to use the torsion bars then use emulsion shocks as the air shocks will be an expensive over kill. A set of adjustable Rancho 9000 series will work fine for your application.
