well, lower holes in spindle where balljoint goes threw are egged out, balljoint loosened up didn't notice then by the time I addressed the issue the damage was done and tightening things up didn't work for long. So I swear I seen on a website somewhere an insert that you can drill your spindle out and slide that in but cant find it now. So any other ideas? was thinking about taking a balljoint and the spindle to a machine shop and asking what they think .

Maybe weld it up and get a tapered reamer that size.

jayrod im sure your thinking of a tierod flip kit for a 4x4. it comes with a cone and a reamer to put the tierod on top of the spindle (useless in your case)

x2 on welding and reaming i would weld it completely up and drill then ream it. im sure someone can chime in on a ream size for you.
