 Post subject: axle plunge . how much ?

I can't remeber the amout of axle plunge u want when measuring axle length . at its shortest point how much side to side to side do u want I thought it was .25 inch but can't remember anybody know ? Thanks

Everything I've ever seen is 1/4"-3/8" when the flanges are lined up horizontally with the stubs.

just make sure it moves a 1/4" or so, and you will be fine.
