ok so i got all my mounts made etc etc...everything is the same from side to side. if they are different its in a way that i have not measured , but the driver side bag seems to need 5-10 psi more than the passenger. both at 40 it seems like driverside is mushy compared to firm on the other. but with the driver side at 50psi and psngr at 40 they seem quite equal.? whats the deal?

Check your front end for starters. Make sure the torsion springs are not twisted if you can scale the front end. If the front isn't sitting right the back makes up for it.

If the right front torsion springs have been twisted the right rear will hold it up, remember most of the weight is on the rear, so a bad set of springs will add more weight to the rear. More weight more air to hold it up. Also did you remove the torsion bars in the rear, do both arms move freely?
