powder coated frame the better route to paint chassis? or would sprayin be better route?...who likes what? |

I personally like powder coating becuase it looks better. But spray cans are good to because to can always touch it up when you scratck it in the woods. It really doesint matter though what ever works for you. |

powder will last longer but if you ever need to weld something on or a broken weld then you cant touch it up like you can normal paint |

If you are 95% certain you have all your welding done, then powder coat is nice. But you cant just touch up a spot. You might be able to get a paint mixed to match close though. |

Poweder coat is the absolute best coating for a buggy frame. And yes it can be touched up. Lets face it after the first ride in the woods it does not matter if the touch up does not match. Better to have a lasting coating. Personally I think paint sucks for offroad. |

As scratched as I tend to get a buggy I just can't see the extra cost with a powder job |

The frame I have when coated was silver and now it's black , under seats and those places you c the silver . |
