I have stock trailing arms. My question is, can I run a 15x12 with 31x15.5-15's with a 1" offset or should go ahead and go to 2x3's?

Thanks

I ran that size wheel with stock arms, but 2x3 would be better.

Does the wheel offset move the wheel in (towards buggy) or our (away from buggy) I have found wheels with offset but it doesn't tell me if it's a negative or positive.

Thanks

most standard buggy wheels are listed as min. or max offset

min. offset moves the tire out away from the buggy, while max offset moves the tire in closer to the buggy

do not rely on these numbers they are just for example only 1" = min offset and 4" = max offset

A 0 (zero) off set is where the wheel bolts to the hub would be flush to the inside wheel bead. The larger the off set the more the wheel moves inboard, a 10" wide wheel with a 5" offset, the bolt face is in the center of the wheel.

If you planning on building a good buggy, go ahead and start with 2x3 or 3x3, cause your gonna doing it eventually anyway.

Which would be better 2 x 3 or 3 x 3. I can't really make up my mind on which ones I want to get?

Should I just go ahead and get the 3 x 3's?

2x3s can be a bit cheaper to get into but 3x5s would be my choice I went to 3x3 from stock because I didn't want to take the time to move the engine and transaxle back a couple of inches. A few weeks after converting to 3x3s I was using all the suspension of the 3x3s. I should of spent the 3 or 4 hours moving them back.

So if I use 3x3's do I need to move anything or is the stock location fine?

When you go with 3x3's you have to get the longer axle's.Becuase it puts everything in a bind and thats when you brake axle and cv's. I run 2x3's so I can run the stock length axle's. But if you go with 3x3's go ahead and get the 930 axle and cv's too.
