i KNOW THIS IS PROB A STUPID QUESTION???.....WILL JUST FOX AIR SHOCKS AND THROUGH RODS WORK ON THE FRONT OF A LIGHT SINGLE SEATER?..OR WILL I NEED COIL SPRINGS? |

2'' body 10'' travel for front . 2'' x 12'' air shox will work good on back with no problem and great ride. take torsions out or back them off, i know people who run them both ways and been running them for a few years with no problem. |

can you use these "air" shocks with a warrior beam and 8" towers or do you have to make seperate mounts back on the frame like in all the above pics? |

You don't need to have frame mounted shock towers. I'm not sure what stroke shock with 8" warrior beam but shouldn't have any probs. The size of an air shock is the same as any other shock (excluding the shaft). |

I run around 200-225 psi on my race runner air shocks. |

I run 160 psi in mine. I think it all depends on shock location and weight of the frot end. If I remember correctly plumberbill runs 420 psi in his. |

Well thats because he is driving a Tank!   Hell I would have to go to the 2 1/2" air shocks on mine and run 500PSI and still may need some help. My front end weighs in at around 800#

There are so many combinations depending on how you want the car to ride it's all really down to preference, a relatively low pressure (150-200) with a high oil level would give a nice, plush, progressive spring rate, which is probably well suited for most of you guys. Higher speed stuff would need more gas pressure and less oil, at the expense of ride comfort. |

Almost pissed myself with that one. You got a milspec beam to support the tank-like structure that was bending the commercially available beams like they were made of exhaust tubing. My beam made it into a tank
