So I decided to not go with the steering box, and ordered a Saco Magnum Rack. Does anyone know the stroke of the rack, for what size cyliner to go with to make it power?

The Sweet 7" stroke ram will be plenty for the Saco rack. On my Saco Rack I have about 3/4" to 1" left on each end lock to lock. It will vary depending on mounting angle and steering radius achieved. BTW if your in need of a power steering crank pully I have a new Saco one I did not use.

I'm sure you ment mounting location.
There should be no mounting "angle" the piston needs to be parallel with rack. Any misalignment will cause premature wear to the rack body.
