Whats the word on EMPI cooling shrouds? I just ordered the 36hp dog house shroud. I was making a custom debris screen for a stock shroud, but I think I've distorted the thing.I have a set of after market cylinder tin and I think they're crap for fit. Mite go back to the rusty ,cracked stockers. Anyone have opinions on these? Bring up new question. What are the best mods to cooling tin, if any? Thanks, Dave W. |

All the aftmkt tins I've ever dealt with fit pretty crappy. Got to use zipscrews or whatever to make them fit best you can. Make sure to use seals around the plug wires where they go in the head tins , and its not a bad idea to even silicone any gaps between cylinder tins and shroud. |
