what exhaust is best or does it make a difference?

i have been looking around and found the bugpack big motor header, the scat big motor header, and a competition header, along with the trimill type exhaust and some claim to make power than others but they are all so similar i was just wandering if this was true?

also do what size do most people run on stroker engines of at least 2275 or larger, im guessing 1 5/8?

I like the 1-5/8" Bugpack big block ones, I love these headers, but there are some out there that likes to run 1-1/2" headers on the 2276 and larger ones too and claim they have more bottom end, I dunno, I just like what I have
