Recently bought a 2332 short block, loaded with good stuff inside. Going to be running Weber 44 IDF dual carbs, what is the best head I can put on this motor? 044's? Mofoco 050's? |

Mofoco 050's have them change the valves to single keepers and moly retainers,no more valve trouble,Makes these heads killer.Gouger |

You will like the Street eliminator heads and they work very well with the FK series Engle cams. |

Performance-workshop.com. Steve Tims will customize one of his three standard heads to work best with the cam and carbs you choose. Setting spring pressure up for the cam and port match your intakes. At his prices spending money fixing generic heads makes little sense.Call and ask for Steve to call you back. The wrong set of heads can cost you a smooth power band and 40-80 hp. |

Ok, well this is what looks like I'm gonna end up with. Tell me what ya think and how well it will work. 2332 with 044 ultra mag heads, 42x37.5 valves, port matched intakes. Has the FK43 cam, CB performance 1.4 rockers. Will have a 009 distrib with electronic ignition. Dual 44 webers. Will be street driven, trail driven, and hill cilmbed. Sound like a good combo? 6 rib tranny with super diff also. |

Ought to run real strong. Spring for full MSD ignition if you can, dizzy, wires, box, coil and all. Will feel 25% more torque from idle to 2500 or so, will light up quicker and will help keep them plugs clean with those thirsty 44's pouring fuel down its throats Better yet, ride with the 009 a few times then switch to MSD and tell us if you can tell a difference |
