How will it affect my power? I want to cut about 3" off, to make it short enough to be saved by my rear cage in a rollover |

If your running it open I would think not much at all any back pressure your would get from an open stinger comes from the merge not the tip itself. However if you did develop any valve float at high Rpm's you could always cut a baffle down shorter and run it inside to compensate. |

You will not notice any change in power from cutting off 3" of your stinger. I cut mine off and it didn't change a thing. |

i cut mine off all but 3 inches with a 1641 and it made a difference i thought maybe it was just the sound that made it feel like more power |
