id stick bith the bosch blue...but if you go another route and you are running points make sure you pay attention to wether its and internal or external resistor coil |

Bosch will work But it's hard to beat MSD |

The MSD will work just as good as the Bosch would, unless you have a MSD box then I would go MSD coil, Bosch is great for the 009 distributor setup. The box is necessary because it ups the amperage creating a much more powerful spark and the Bosch is not designed to run on one of these boxes, the MSD is. If you want more spark and not go MSD, you will need to find a very low resistance coil that will run without a box, almost like a coil-pack. |
