An 1835 is a stock 69mm stroke and 92mm bore pistons. Some will tell you that the 92s will not last but I know people that ran them for years with no problems so run em until they are wore out. 044 heads is the casting number of them. This number can be found by popping off the valve cover and looking behind the rocker shaft. Different casting numbers have different flow rates and chambers which affect the way the engine performs. 044s are a good performance head for most situations. |

Go get you a six rib with that tire engine combo. Use your three rib bell housing and keep your starter. Some simple mods to trans mounts and you got a great first gear climber. Or go to 35's and be easy on that tranny,,or at least that is my experiences. |

Cam and heads make a big difference. My little motor runs with some quite a bit bigger because of little things. Good heads make power. |
