Most woods riders and hill climbers use a Engle W-110 or something similar for the cam and 1.25 rockers. As for heads I think a set of CB 044's usually work very well.

Ditto
Single 40/44 IDF properly tuned, TriMill exhaust, 9-9.5 compression and that little engine will rock....... :D

Another great camshaft for a 1915 is the VZ-15. This works great if you want to use the stock rocker arms. Very good all around camshaft and you don't have to spend the money on rocker arms.

As for the heads what intake and exhaust port size? Would 40mm Intake X 35.5mm Exhaust be a good head to run wtih this setup?

Those valves will work well for a lower RPM motor like in the woods. Especially with chamber work and a good port and polish. If your looking for a high RPM street screamer then go with a 44x37.5 valved head.
