Idle mixture screws.
How many turns out from all the way in does it run the best?

Chances are your jets are reamed out. Usually when you have two different numbers on some jets, they have already been reamed out to a specific size. The only way to tell what size they actually are is to get a set of gauges to measure the hole size. OR buy some new jets.

if it runs good full throttle ur main jets are probaly ok,i would start with 55 on the idle jets if ur fouling plugs that means here way to big and it will waste alot of gas,50 or 55 should be good
