Yesterday fired buggy up and rode for a while then heard what sounded like a exaust leak. After a little looking I noticed that a head seal ring has blown on #2 cylinder. Don't think motor has been built in a long time so. FIX SEALS or BUILD IT. What all would I need to go 1915.

IMO, fix it and save money for a stroker! The only price diff. is the crank and maybe rods, and you'll have ALOT more usable power. The only luck I have had with a 1915 is blowing up alot of trannies, and looking back, I wish someone would have explained this to me 10 years ago.... I would have now been money ahead!

Me too, fix it and ride, save your money for a stroker. 1915 needs machine work on the heads and case. Not real expensive but a 74mm crank and 85.5-87-88mm slip in pistons gives a fun size. 1699,1760,1800cc's. Not a 2500cc WOODS killer but fun  . Dave (building a 74X90.5 turbo motor 1904) T
