I found this in the attic of my shop. I used to run it on a buggy with a 1775. I took it out because the brads that hold the center in worked lose. I took it to the clutch shop and had it rebuilt, now I'm thinking of putting it in my stroker motor. Has anyone ran a flywheel that light in a big motor? It worked great in the small engine....super quick revs.....you could let out and bring it back on hills. Anybody?

I didn't know if this would work with a big motor. I do know these are hard to come by because they were discontinued many years ago.I'm going to try it....I'll post the results. Thanks

When you go to put it on make sure you put the flywheel holder on the thicker parts of the flywheel holder or it will bend.

I can hook you up with one. A 6 lb steel flywheel. I love mine.

Is it that weight originally or has it been cut down? I've never seen a steel one that light.
