Anyone know what this sender is? I was thinking about putting my oil temp sender here but if that’s what it is I will try to use it. I hooked my oil temp gauge to it and after about 10 min of running the temp gauge didn’t move. My temp gauge has one wire and this has 2 terminals so not sure what it is. Thanks Brad

Try grounding one side of it. Or it may be just as easy to switch to the sender that you know works. |

Could possibly be an oil heater. Just a guess but it could be. |

Sure looks like the oil tank heaters we used on the sprint cars. Is the outside threaded? Two bolts to find out! |
