2276 ALL SCAT--SUNK IT IN CREEK--HAD TO START IT TO GET IT OUT WINCH WASNT LONG ENOUGH--AFTER THAT MOTOR RUNS GREAT COLD--BUT MOTOR HAS NO POWER WHEN HOT-- JUST SPLIT BLOCK AGAIN LAST NIGHT EVERYTHING LOOKS FINE????GETTIN WORRIED DONT WANT TO MISS WELLSVILLE!!!

Your center main bearing looks wasted. I would pull all of your bearings off the crank and inspect them carefully. One of your connecting rods looks like it has been getting hot. Check the rod bearings on that one. |

Yeah I would say the center bearing is screwed,better check the crank in the same spot! aaron |

you might as well look foward to goin through the whole thing i just went through mine and if i hadnt i would have prob had a spun rod bearin it had about gone so its better to be safe it will save you money in the long run |

Case needs align bored. Have that crank magnafluxed if you reuse it. Looks like it's cast to me. |

might need to check those wrist pin bushing those looks like the piston have a lot wear |
