Rotella 15w40 for break in (supposedly contains zinc which will break cam and liters in correctly-cannot verify this yet), then 10w40 Castrol year around. I usually rebuild my engine after 5 or 6 years and the bearings look like new. I used to try heavier oil, but saw no benefit, in fact, the thiner oil seems to be better. I do not run any aftermarket oil cooler as I feel it is not needed. I do run the bus cooler (2 extra passages) in the stock coolers location.
