ive seen the 930 cv's alot the look strong as all get out.... and i was wondering if they would bolt right up to where a bus cv would or if i have to spend the big bucks? because i keep ripping boots and blowing cv's.... even with the race cages.

You will have to buy the whole kit,axles,stubs,flanges,boots there all bigger.You can get the whole kit from southern buggys in london ky. for around $600 its well worth the money

ha nevermind...... lol too much for right now. aint got tht kindas money. im trying to get my motor built up a bit first. a 74 crank 87 pistions full flow and a 110 cam

If your blowing cvs apart you might have to much angle, one of my buddys run bus cvs and he has not broke any in 2 years,but he has his angle right and is limited with double straps,and he dont baby them either.I dont know what kind of bus cvs your running new or old,but we always had the best luck with old worn out german cvs the sloppier the better,just my 2cents worth

yeah my main part is my boots are ripping. i think i have a thing torison because i sit way high. i had thing axles but my dad took them and im running cut axles w/o cv clips so im taking them back and giving back the one with out cv clips. maybe that will take care of it because when i did have them i didnt have any problems. so i think i need them

Yeah you sholdn't be breaking that many cv's. I run bus cv's and the ones on my buggy now are 5 years old. I have only broke two since I started riding buggies. If you are breaking cv's there is a problem. Fixing the problem is cheaper than masking it with 930's.

Franknbuggy if your going thru the trouble to split the cases and use a 74 mm crank why not have the cylinder spicots on the cases and heads cut for 94s. Its not that expensive to have done and the pistions and cylinders are only a few more bucks than the 87s. Also if you have not bought the crank go with a 78.4 and with the 94 mm setup you would have a 2165 motor. There is no replacement for displacement.

yeah i want to but im not buying pistons or jugs just the crank cam and lifters i got free jugs and pistions. plus my parents are buying it for me for christmas. and last year i got my buggy so i cant. but yeah i wish i could. just aint got a job or id have my 1 seater
