I have some new .010 rod bearings that fit the rod fine my hand. But they are too tite installed. Someone said they may call for chevy bearings. The crank had 010's on it and were fine. I just want to put new ones on it. The journals are polished. wassup widdit? both bearing tangs are together and facing down. No miss matched rod halves. |

I fliggered it out. Thanks Ron. It is a vw journal. When I tork it down those fancy cone shaped bolts and the sleeves kinda center things up. |
