I have a 2275 with ceramic coated trimil bobcat exhaust. Looking to put baffle, spark arrestor, or muffler on to quieten it down a little for on the road and long rides. Would like it to be removable. Thinking about the racing muffler or just a spark arrestor. What has everyone else done?

I do not recommend this set-up. I had a similar stinger and it will blow dust everywhere.. No one will be able to follow you on any trails.

Does a glass pack quieten it down much or does it just change the tone?

I use a combination muffler/spark arrestor on my exhaust. I have a tri-mil style pipe and it was cut off and the muffler clamped on. I love the way it sounds and it only robs about 4 horsepower. You can't feel 4 horsepower, makes no difference in performance. I think I bought this item from Pacific Customs for under a hundred bucks.
