I have had several problems with intake gaskets sucking in on my heads.I really got on it at rush Saturday and it happened again. Is there a better gasket or should I make my own to fix this? Has anyone else had this problem? Chad

Iran SuperFlow heads on my buggy last year. My intake bolts would loosen and that would happen it happened a couple of times on me. Then I started putting Loctite on the intake bolts and fix the problem if they get a little bit loose that will happen

Leave the gaskets out and use a thin coating of permatex ultra grey. The junk paper gaskets always shrink and get brittle after a few heat cycles. The weight of the carbs makes the problem worse.
