I am always looking to keep things simple. I did not want to deal with a fan, switch and relays so I ran my standard dog house cooler on the shroud and added this cooler as well as a oil filter off my engine. I ran a 2276 all day long and it never got hot

I ran a small one mounted on my shroud for years it worked pretty good and I went to a junkyard and found a bigger one and a fan to fit it. I wired the fan to my coil so the fan comes on went the switch does Posted using the WoodsBuggy Mobile App iPhone |

We've run those for years, with good results. I would get the whole kit, with thermostat that controls fan also, fan lasts forever if it doesn't have to run all the time. I usually wire a toggle switch to control the fan also, so I can manually control the fan for long climbs. |

Search Aluminum Finned "Dual Pass" Transmission Cooler - 18" It is actually made to be a Trans Cooler but worked great as an oil cooler. |
