What's the details of your motor Jesse? 1915 or smaller I say 110, bigger motor the 120. Others may say different but that was something I was told when I built my motor.

I run a 120 with ratio rockers (1.25) excellent performance just my 2 cents but it all depends on what your wanting to do as far as riding

Depends on gearing. 2nd gear trans run a W110 and on a 1st gear trans run a W120. Now on a stock 6 rib with that size engine W120 or just a bit bigger if heads will allow. Port and valve size, carb and vent size, weight of the buggy, and driving style will all need to be considered. FK 41,42,43 are also good choices. But a lot of factors need to be looked at. All depends on what you got and what you want to do with it.

W110. Is what I'd run in it if it were mine.

With your setup I say 120 all the way. With the 044heads you can run the ratios and
Get your lift around the 500 mark and bolt on a little more power too just my opinion. I don't think you will notice a lot of bottom end loss if you do it will be minimal.

It will run just fine with that much compression. You definitely need dual valve springs. Some mild port work on the heads will wake it up even more.
