What is the difference in the full flow kits you can buy? One has the in and out built into the cover with no drilling and tapping. One has the oil return running into the relief port and one is tapped rite into the case. Was just wondering which one is the best way to do it and the pros and cons of the other ones. Thanks

I am not sure how the in and out in the cover would work, the ports must be really small. I have full flowed several assembled engines without any problems. I have always applied compressed air to the oil pressure port while drilling and tapping and greased the tap. Full flow is a great idea since 100% of your oil gets filtered all of the time. On a fresh startup I always pull the hose that goes from the oil pump to the filter adapter and the add the final quart( after filling the filter with oil) just before startup to ensure that the pump is primed.
Good Luck

Do you have a pic of where I should drill the hole? And what size should I tap it to? Thanks

Do I need to tap and plug the case where the oil pump used to pump the oil? Wont the plug in the pump block that port? Im going to buy a pump from CB that is already plugged and has the single outlet cover.
