Can somebody tell me how to wire up alternator w/ external regulator. Its a Bosch and has 3 prongs labeled DF,D-,D+ and a stud B+. I have the regulator but its not labeled and its male. Thank you Jason |

Advance Auto sells an alternator with an internal regular on their website for $59. I know this isn't what you ask but I thought it may interest somebody. |

WvDave and FlaBaja, thanks for the replies. I got it figures out yesterday. After finishing up wiring I tried putting instrument panel together and shorted out something because as soon as I got it in place the whole wire harness started smoking. The wire going to battery was glowing. Anyways I reran all new wires and everything works fine. Thanks Jason |
