After all you just put into the engine, it deserves a 6AL or better. It's the only way to go in my opinion. MSD is a great company and they have great customer support. Another thing I like is you can mail a bad box to them and they will fix it for a reasonable price and send it right back. I just bought a 6AL off of craigslist for 100 bucks. It is new but was wired into a project ricer honda car but never raced. Deals are out there you just have to look around. If you go the the drag strip, I'll bet you could find a deal on one from someone.

You think it rips now, wait till you get the ignition box on it. You will be able to tell the dfference in the way it runs. Get the MSD coil and wires as well. It's worth it.

Picked up a real clean , newer looking 6AL today at the swap meet today for $30 !!! :) score!! Question. Can i hook ot up now, an get the plug wires an coil later? Like a vouple weeks with it still bring drivable ?

way to go jayrod get out there and hook it up make sure you have a good ground i solder my crimp on connectors because i had problems with them . what all did you get at the swap meet. we will be there sunday

it was pretty cold out side.and there was about 6 venders out there . there was no good deals in side :evil: i only bought a couple little lights.
