getting ready to drill my crank but dont know what size drill to use. should these be a press fit or exactly 8mm?

A quick Google search shows 5/16 = 7.93 mm
21/64 = 8.33 mm

You really need to ream it 8MM but if you dont have a way to do that you can try a 5/16 it will give you about .002 press fit i have heard of guys do this and it working out.
