What does everyone think about a 1915 having only a 4 dowel crank? My current 1915 threw a rod and I am trying to get a motor together. I have a factory volkswagon crank and rods that I can put in the 1915 and was just wondering what everyone thought. Thanks again for the help |

My 1915 I went with 8 dowel I can't reall see messing with a 4 but if its what ya got use it |

You can have a 4 pin crank drilled for 8. |

definanly drill it for 8 dowels. 4 just won't take ant abuse at all |
