i decided to give dual carbs a try and i got 2 set but going to try the 40's first. then later try the dell 45's. but i was wondering a good starting point. been running 500 holley and it works good but just want to try something different. 2276 12.5to1 fk-8 and 1.4 rockers 42x37.5 street eliminators |

I'm running 40's on a 2165. 150-main 50-pilot 200-air f-11 tubes good luck hope this helps?? |

My 1915 I got 150 mains , 50 idles, 28 venturis, f11 tubes, 210 airs , 0 bypass and I believe 50 on the pump jets? sprayers. |

Don't even mess with the 40's Dave. Put on the 45's. You have way more head flow capability than the 40's can keep up with I believe. I don't thing you can get big enough venturis for the 40's to let them flow enough air. You will not be happy with them. The 45's on the other hand..........hold on!! They will make you smile. |
