50 idles dont see how that would actually effect my rpms at idle much though.

Note- everything runs great. There are no jetting issues, Simply trying to drop my idle speed down lower.

Yea theres slack. the butterflies/arms cant go any further closed. when u back the idle adjustment screws all the way out, theres still a gap there. But thats all the further things move. Chad said bigger idle jets, I bumped them to 55 and it didnt change anything. I cant see changing them anyway since im runnin on the rich side of things anyways and it runs good. definitly cant see going to 60's on a 1915 to get the idle right? seems crazy and Im just confused as hell by it lol

I am running a 1915 as well with 55 idle jets, 130 mains, 200 air, and F11 emulsion and mine idles great so there my thoughts are that there is something else wrong causing this.

130 seems low This is my jetting before the 044 heads i just put on- 50 idles, 150 mains, 200 or 210 i believe. also run f11's Every runs flawless. and its not an extremely high idle, just slightly higher than i want.

Have you checked the air bleed screws to see if they have been messed with? These are the ones with jam nuts on them. They should be bottomed out.

Do your butterflies have holes drilled in them?

nope, and visually cant see any gap around them. To rule out twisted shafts.

lol Ill try that tomorrow!!  Idk makin no sense. Ima do some double and triple checking on things tomorrow. Ive talked on the phone to numerous people, even went back out to the garage and checked off a list of things while on the phone with kevin. lol everything checks out . Nothing else, it runs great and screams maybe just deal with the slightly high idle. Its not crazy high, just a tad much for my liking. If i find an answer tomorrow ill be sure to let everyone know lol

check if your fuel enrichment pistons are stuck or gone. they are the 2 little holes with brass lock washer looking things holding them in when you have the top off looking at the float bowl.

Well, took a minute away from working on other things to check the air bleed screws, they were screwed in. so check that off for sure.

positive, on air leaks timing is 30-32 due to numbers gone off of my pulley and a mark was made before they were totally gone. I cant be EXACTLY sure.
