How big is the hole in the rocker or lifter! That looks like precise lathe work.

I had some EMPI lifters go bad after only a few hours of riding. Did not shape the rod the same way but it wore down the rod so far that the rod fell out and binded.

which end did that, the lifter end or the rocker arm end and what brand rockers, lifters, and pushrods ?

also what type rocker arms, stock style (aduster on the valve end), or aftermarket (adjuster on the pushrod end) ?

Looks like those pushrods are made out of peanut butter! You better make sure the cam isn't going or already gone flat also.

I heard about a certain company having all kinds of problems with the push rods doing that. They had a bad batch of ends from the heat treater or something. it was either bugpack or empi or even CB i think. The ends all come from the same place i bet.
