do i have to change jets and venturies if i am putting this carb on a smaller motor and will it even make a big difference in performance any info is greatly appriciated

thanks because i have a 1915 sitting around the house right now and dont have the money to fix my good motor money is really tight trying to get enough just to get my rail fixed to move
