Rather than a sticky, I will create a new page on the top called 'Tech Specs' and have links to several technical links.

Post all the links you know and use and I will build the page..

I think this a great article on Aircooled Engine Considerations http://www.aircooled.net/vw-performance-engines/

I use this article all the time for CV info.. http://www.blindchickenracing.com/how_to/cvjoints_axles/cv_joints_101.htm

that would be great. On the "Nice to know" topic. When we knock wrist pins out of the rods and sometimes they are real tite!, I welded an old German one to my frame once and mounted a shock to it. The 1st 10 minutes it was bowed over. They are weaker than we think. It bent up by the wrist pin hole. Nothing to do with the weld heat making it loose any temper. And we wonder why we have wrist pin troubles and side wall aswell.
