I'm putting my motor back together, and I was wondering what you guys think about total seal rings. Are they good? Bad? Are they worth the extra money? Do they add any horsepower? Oh, by the way, I'm running a 2276 with 10.5 to 1 compression. Thanks,

Yes worth every penny they do add a little hp.. But they do shorten the life of your cylinders. (Not buy much) Most of the guys I ride with say about every 3 years they replace the rings and cylinders.
