i would use a 110 , i dont think the vz15 will have enough bottom end in a 1641, i had a 1641 with single webber idf and a lightened flywheel, 110, and 044's and it ran great (everbody thought it was a bigger motor but it wasnt) but my 1915 with the same setup and a v15 only has about the same bottom end or maybe even not quite as much, my 2 cents

Vz 15 is what a lot of guys run in 1600 race buggys & it is fullthrottle all the time not much low rpm's. For a woodsbuggy build as big eng. as you can . Forged Piston for a 1641 is the same $$$$ as 1915 or 2500 . If 1641 is it then I would run a W 100 & mild port work on the heads with 1.25 rockers with 9.5 compression for 93 pump gas or 12 to 1 for race gas . My 2 cents call Drews or other sponsors for there 2 cents

Love the hill but like to put throw the trails and drink beers also! I don't want to put a cam in there that is going to overload all the time and I can't build a big motor till tax time!

i dont think you will go wrong with a engle w110, it will work good all around in pretty much any size engine

i loved it in my 1641 with 1.25 rockers and i love it in my 2498 with 1.4 rockers
